Refund & Returns Policy – NC Carbon Helmets

At NC Carbon Helmets, we are committed to providing high-quality, safe, and durable helmets. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Standard Products (In Stock)

If you receive a helmet that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • All packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required

  • Photos or video of the defect/damage may be requested

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

2. Pre-Orders

For pre-ordered helmets, please note:

  • Pre-orders are advance purchases for products not yet shipped

  • Estimated shipping dates will be communicated at checkout

  • Refunds or cancellations are handled as follows:

Option A – Flexible Pre-Order Policy

  • Customers may cancel pre-orders anytime before shipment for a full refund

Option B – Strict Pre-Order Policy

  • Pre-orders are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or significant delays

Note: Shipping costs, if already paid, may not be refundable depending on your payment method.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

    Provide your order number and reason for return or cancellation.

  2. Follow instructions provided by our support team for shipping the item back (if applicable).

  3. Once received, we will inspect the product and notify you of the refund approval status.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos or video showing the issue

  • We will either replace the helmet or issue a full refund

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Helmets that have been used, modified, or damaged by the user

  • Products without original packaging

  • Any items marked as “Final Sale”

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a helmet for a different color or size, please place a new order and follow the standard return procedure for the original helmet.

7. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item

  • Use a trackable shipping method; NC Carbon Helmets is not responsible for lost shipments
